Chiang Mai University is proud to present a first-of-its-kind lecture series on Thailand and Southeast Asian culture. The lectures are open to all and will cover a range of topics, including, society, history, art, film, literature, religion and more over the course of one year. The year of seminars will be divided into a quarter system with lecture topics of varying length.
All full-year participants are eligible for a one-year education visa through Chiang Mai University. Please see our list of frequently-asked questions regarding the one-year education visa.
Each seminar is two hours and held twice per week. This includes time for open discussions on the topic with each presenter. Students will be allowed to enter the seminar at the time of enrollment and will complete a full one-year series of rotating lectures with experts in each field of inquiry.
All lectures are held on the Chiang Mai University campus at the Language Institute Building. For further information, please visit us on campus, at the Language Institute, in room 124. Or call: 053-943-761. You may also reserve your place today by emailing lectures@teflcmu.com.
