- 1 year Non Immigrant Educational Visa support
- Support and follow ups from LI CMU program staff during your placement
- An official agreement between participant, LI CMU and the host organization
- A letter of appreciation from your host organization
- Chiang Mai University Language Institute-certificate of hours completed

- Accommodation & meal expenses
- Local transportation expenses
- Accommodation: Depending on personal preferences: between 150 and 250 USD per month
- Meals: If you eat mainly Thai food about 100 USD per month, if you want some Thai and some western meals about 200 USD per month
- Transportation: about 60 USD per month depending on the distance between your accommodation and host organization
- Have your own placement arrangements which agrees with our requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Commitment minimum of 4 hours per week / 180 hours a year
- Speak English at a native or near-native level
